Wet-pour Impact absorbing safety surfacing can be installed onto various sub bases, compacted MOT type 1 stone being the most common. Existing hard surfaces, such as macadam, open textured macadam and concrete/no fines concrete, can be easily be utilised and are our preferred sub base.
Wet-pour impact absorbing surfacing can be prone to shrinkage and UV degradation. Wet-pour is hand laid and therefore cannot be guaranteed to have no roller lines or joints and please check our maintenance sheets to prolong the lifespan of the surfacing.
